Immersive sensory relaxation treatment
Our immersive sensory treatment is a new level of wellness as you never experienced before. With state-of-the-art technology we provide an experience through the senses sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
In 20 minutes, you will have a clearer and relaxer mind, reduced levels of stress, improved blood circulation, decreased tension in joints and muscles and more energy to continue the day.
Sight / Eyemask
The use of an eye mask helps to create a dark, and peaceful environment. It reduces and block out external distractions. It helps focusing inward and letting the mind wander, you can gain insights into your feelings, thoughts, and emotions. This can lead to better understanding of yourself and your priorities. It strengthens the other senses.
Hearing / Wellness music
Wellness music has a calming effect on the mind and helps reduce stress and anxiety. It also promotes relaxation and recovery and enhance overall feelings of well-being. We make use of a variation of meditative tracks, binaural beats, and spatial audio.
Smell / Fragrances
